Apples Forks Umbrellas Streamers etc etc decked out the place to make it a Thank God Its Twilight themed extravaganza! I kept telling the BF how badly I needed to go to Fridays for dinner, he kept asking why Fridays lets go somewhere else. I all but shrieked NO! I need my bruchetta chicken pasta now!!!
When we got there it all came together, I saw the lightbulb above his head light up as soon as we walked in the door. All he said was "oh".
Haha - anyway it was def pretty cool in there. I felt at home.

Kristen StewartKristen, how was the filming of New Moon?
Very different from the first time! In Twilight you were supposed to see the emerging love from Bella to Edward. Here’s it’s the complete opposite because Edward is almost not there the entire time. It’s very interesting to me because I can get into another side of the character.
What changes in Bella in this second episode?
It’s the complete drama. Edward leaves her with little explanation. She doesn’t understand why they are separating. She’s in a terrible state and starts questioning her own life. Plus, she starts using Jacob who is trying to console her. The love triangle between Edward, Jacob and Bella is something very interesting to play.
We had lots of fun on the set because we’ve managed to keep the same mood.
In New Moon, Bella gets closer to Jacob. What do you think of Taylor’s evolution?
It’s completely hallucinating. It was hard to recognize him as the same guy who walked in the first day of the filming of Twilight. It was crazy to see all his energy and hunger to win. It wasn’t certain that he would come back for this movie and still he found it necessary to keep in shape.
Even if you’ve played different roles before Twilight, this is when you became a star. How are you living this new status?
I don’t care about becoming a star. This doesn’t mean I hate it if I’m recognized on the streets, of course. But it’s real pleasure for me to act. Is what interests me in life: giving life to fictional characters. And no one can tell me that it’s an easy job. I get up every morning at 6 AM with dozens of hours of filming ahead. It’s really hard. But beyond the celebrity, what touches me deeply is the feeling that we give to the public. I share with all my fans a really intense relationship, is almost stronger than love.
People say you have a relationship woth Robert Pattinson. Is this true?
Oh no not again this question! (laughs) I know everyone wishes we were together right now. But we’re not. We’re just friends, that’s all. Many girls persue Rob and they are very jealous. But no, I’m not going out with him.(*sniffle sniffle - why do I want them together? I think maybe I wont want him with anyone else? well besides me?)

Can you tell us about Jacob and his personality that is a bit schizophrenic?
In the fist movie we really don’t get why Jacob doesn’t like Edward. Everybody thinks he’s just jealous, when in reality, he’s part of the Quileute tribe who have a very special power: they transform into werewolves. And he transforms into a very aggresive werewolf. He bursts into his wild side in this second installment and shows that he can be very violent. It’s a great role to play because he has so many different expressions.
In this second movie your character takes on a different layer. Yet there were rumors starting. Did you have to fight for this role?
Frankly, I had no idea it would be this hard! I knew I had to gain muscle mass. So when I finished Twilight I srtarted working out. I followed the advice of a specialist coach. I had to gain weight and volume, and lose the puny side from the first movie. I really did sweat. But the result is that I have at least gained more than 15 kg of muscle. My friends can’t recognize me. This is very important for my character.
And eventhough Bella is torn and still in love with Edward, she is very attracted to Jacob. When I read the books, I was sad for Jacob; he can never get what he wants. I really understand what he feels.
You met real Indians Quileute?
Yes, that’s part of my job! I met the members of the Quileute tribe during filming. It was really amazing because they are very close in real life to what they are in the film. I mean, they do not transform themselves into werewolves (laughs)
They just do not need to talk a lot to understand. it’s really intense. If, for example, the bin is full, they empty it. I spent a lot of time with them, discussing their worldview and cosmology. It is really interesting. I really hope the film will help them know I made many friends among them.
I’m seeing them again to continue our discussions. It was very informative.
How has Twilight changed your life?
People recognize me on the street (laughs). No, what really is funny is to see the change between the two films and public’s reaction, first dan, I was ugly, and now I am a little less. In the first I was ugly, in this I’m a little less ugly. And more girls look at me, that’s very cool!

When Geobert went to her mailbox the other day, she was shocked to find a letter from England, in it – an autographed photo of Rob signed by him and personalized to Geobert herself. How exciting!!!!!
Geobert said, "I never got a response but I never gave up!" Well you go girl, cause look what it got you!
Her encounter with the letter was pretty humorous, she is not from the US or Canada so her English is a bit off but you so get the idea, "I took a paper from inside of the envelope. The first things I saw were Rob's head and a blue shirt. I fell out of my chair. World just wasn't there, I was barely breathing! I fell down. I grabbed my head with my two hands and started crying! I was thinking, "you have to see what that is, go now!" I stood up, walked with steps full of excitement, fear, desperation, love, confusion. I took the fallen picture into my hands and this is what I saw…"
She continues, "I KNOW!!!! Dropping dead was the smallest thing I could think of doing at that time. Seriously I don't have to add any more words… Robert spent some minutes to read what I had to say and to write to me back, makes me – at least for myself – unique. He spent time to send it me…and whisper to himself my name for trying not to make any mistakes in the spellings, that is more than extraordinary!"

How not to act when you don’t want to watch the New Moon trailer
Everyone has been telling me how they've been seeing the New Moon TV trailer a ton lately. I had yet to see it, until yesterday . . . sort of. I guess I haven't seen it yet because I don't watch a lot of live TV, I record most of the shows I watch to view them later and skip commercials (seriously DVR – best invention of the century, no wait the millennium).
But yesterday I was watching the newest episode of Ghost Hunters on the SyFy channel (I know I'm nuts), and then I see Edward all "You're just not like us Bella." SO my reaction?
Well I screamed, jumped off the couch and started sweating for a split second – then remembered, NO! I am absolutely not watching anymore new footage! I don't want to have seen the whole movie before the premiere.
So I clamped my hands over my ears, squeezed my eyes shut, stomped my feet and starting to sing loudly – lalalalalalalalalala not looking, not looking lalalalalalalala! After a minute, I open one eye and see my BF staring at me with the most disgusted "OMG what the hell am I living with, can I take her back even though I don't have a receipt?" look on his face. I didn't even try to explain. I just went into the kitchen, poured a shot of milk and chased it with an Edward New Moon Caramel chocolate.

Taylor Lautner talks about his shirtless pics & how they're a Hollywood double standard . . .
Ok, this post is basically another reason for me to talk about Taylor with his shirt off, but after reading this yahoo article I must admit, I feel a littttlllllleeee guilty. I just keep forgeting that he's 17. Uggggghhhh I'm a creep, sorry Taylor!
Interestingly, the biggest critic of these pervasive images seems to be Taylor himself, who said this week he hopes never to take his shirt off in a movie again, saying, "It's so uncomfortable knowing that so many people are seeing pictures of me shirtless... It's weird. It's kind of embarrassing."

The Evolution of Twilight Stars
She was caught smooching "Gossip Girl" hottie Chace Crawford, so who could be complaining about their life after that?
Like most of the stars of "Twilight," getting a starring role in the vampire love story was Ashley Greene's lucky break. The 22-year-old actress was an unknown before she was cast in the role of Alice Cullen and didn't have a pivotal role in a film to date. Since then, she has continued to be cast as the future-seeing vampire through all its upcoming installments, and has a few more film roles lined up.
February 19, 2008, Summit Entertainment released a press release saying Ashley would get the role of Alice in the upcoming adaptation of the bestselling vampire novel, "Twilight." Though initially shunned by fans for her height and the length of her hair, she has since become a beloved part of the "Twilight Saga" community.
Ashley will reprise her role in next month's "New Moon" and its sequel, "Eclipse." Her first starring role in the film "Summer's Moon" was released on DVD November 10. Her other films, "Skateland" and "Radio Free Albemuth" are set to come out in 2009, and she gets a chance to team up with her "Twilight" costar and close friend Kellan Lutz in their new movie "Warrior," which is in post-production now.
Taylor Lautner has stepped into the spotlight as a passionate young adult star in recent years, but before he stepped into the role of Jacob Black in last year's "Twilight," he was best known for his performance as the title Sharkboy in Robert Rodriguez's 3-D film "The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl." Though Taylor still has many more films in the future to bless us with his beefy biceps, we're honoring the 17-year-old actor with a look back through his younger years.
His next big role came later that year as Eliot Murtaugh in "Cheaper By The Dozen 2," but after that he fell off the face of the acting world for another three years. Taylor then played Christian Slater's son in the short-lived "My Own Worst Enemy," which debuted in fall 2008, and also scored the role of Jacob Black in "Twilight."
Taylor's role in "Twilight" was his first film appearance in two years, during which time he was in high school. Taylor placed out of high school in his junior year (2008/2009), and has since been taking college classes.
After gaining 30 pounds of muscle, Taylor will appear in the "Twilight" sequel, "New Moon," as well as the later installments "Eclipse" and "Breaking Dawn." Before anyone had ever heard of "Twilight," Kristen Stewart was one of the hottest young stars coming out of Hollywood. Her first major appearance was at age 11 starring opposite Jodie Foster in "Panic Room." After Panic Room, Kristen made appearances as Dennis Quaid and Sharon Stones daughter in "Cold Creek Manor" and starred as the main child spy in "Catch That Kid."
She continued taking roles in smaller films like "Fierce People," "In The Land Of Women" and "Cake Eaters." She also had a minor but notable part opposite Emile Hirsch in the somber 2007 drama "Into The Wild."
Beyond critical acclaim, Kristen continued getting public attention with roles in "Zathura: A Space Adventure," "The Messengers" and "Jumper", but it wasn't until it was announced she would be playing the role of Bella in Catherine Hardwicke's "Twilight" adaptation that she earned herself worldwide fame ... for better or worse. Since the film's release, her life has been closely scrutinized by the public and she has been consistently romantically linked to costar Robert Pattinson.
Still, Kristen looks at her experience thus far with "Twilight" in a positive light. "It's made it easier to do things that I really like, things that like an independent movie that nobody would normally see, she said in an interview promoting the DVD release of her most recent film, "Adventureland."
Kristen is sure to continue to be a giant piece of the pop culture orbit with the next three "Twilight" films, starting with November's "New Moon." Even with such a popular story keeping her in the public eye, she still has not stopped making the types of edgy films she loves. Next, she's starring as a troubled stripper in "Welcome To The Rileys" and then as rocker Joan Jett in 2010's "The Runaways." "Now," she says of how her fans react to her movie choices, "it's like, 'Oh lets go see Bella in this stripper movie; it'll be crazy!'" she joked, showing that despite her public image, she doesn't take her fame too seriously.
