Kristen Stewart leaving Twilight Behind?
Bloody Disgusting reports that the film revolves around a young man who becomes involved in a 'cruel game of cat and mouse with a mysterious young woman and her dangerous stepfather'.
Shooting is scheduled to start next March after filming wraps on The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn.
Carlos Brooks is set to direct with Gregory Small and Richard Blaney writing the script.
Stewart is currently busy shooting On The Road.
She is set to join rumoured real-life love and Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson on the set of Breaking Dawn when it starts filming in November.
Summit Entertainment has confirmed that the final Twilight Saga film, Breaking Dawn, would be split into two parts.
The first half of Breaking Dawn has been scheduled for release next year on November 18 with the second out on November 16 in 2012.

Twilight Stars stay tabloid free
"It just became too much to deal with so we just talk amongst ourselves."
—Twilight saga regular Christian Serratos, when we asked her recently if she kept up with her costars via tabloids during breaks from filming. The gal—who plays one of Bella's real-life besties—say she's mucho exited to return to set with über-famous friends Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson (duh).
But Chris really doesn't pay any attention to Robsten breaking up, getting married, and having babies? Or which gal-of-the-week Taylor Lautner is hanging with in his tricked out, diva trailer?
"No, I mean at first I would see the cast in tabloids and on the covers of tabloids and I would believe all that s--t," Christian admitted.
"Then I would get back to set and be like, 'Dude, did so-and-so tell you that this happened?' and they'd be like, 'Oh that's bulls--t.' Then vice versa, everybody would come to me and be like 'Did you know?' and I'd say 'Yeah, I just talked to them; it's not true.'"
Hey, we can't blame the babe.
Especially when all the really juicy stuff—ya know, that Vicey biz that the tabs aren't reporting on—is what the cast and crew is talking amongst themselves about.

What Rob and Kristen do together... lol
The Twilight co-stars have been seen together at gigs on several occasions, supporting their friends Bobby Long and Sam Bradley.
They've also been spotted cuddled up in a London pub and strolling through a small town on the Isle of Wight.
When the pair first began filming Twilight together, they spoke of how they bonded over a love of similar movies, including Last Tango In Paris.
All in all, Rob and Kristen seem to be doing the same things us regular people in relationships do. Hanging out with friends, going to gigs, having weekends away and cuddling up to watch a movie together.
Wonder if they fight over the remote too?

Will Robert Pattinson last through Twilight?
Daniel Radcliffe, though started out with the Harry Potter series, has successfully carved out a niche for himself in non-wizardry films like ‘December Boys’ and a Broadway ‘Equus’ and the upcoming ‘The Woman in Black’.Hence, there is no reason why Robert Pattinson can’t succeed when he steps out of the comfortable skin of the vampire. Robert currently is most popularly known for portraying a vulnerable Edward Cullen in the Twilight saga as he falls for a human Bella Swan and holds back his lust to devour her blood.
Though, Twilight has become effortlessly associated with him, he, of late, has started digging news for his non-Twilight films as well. ‘Water For Elephants’ and ‘Bel Ami’ have certainly given him a wider space to spread his legs as he finds himself wearing his cloak of versatility and taking a stroll outside his cosy vampire genre.
.However, both these films are yet to be released and only after they reach the theatres shall we be able to take a closer and deeper look at Robert’s versatility and acting calibre. With ‘Remember Me’, Rob received an okay response as critics were neither overtly pleased nor displeased with his performance. The fans, of course, gave him an encouraging and motivational thumbs up.

Stephan and Nahuel cast in Breaking Dawn
According to Reelz Channel, the latest actors rumored to join The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn are Drew Roy and Guri Weinberg. Drew Roy, who was seen in One Wish, is rumored to play Nahuel, a human-vampire from South America, while Guri Weinberg of Munich is allegedly playing Stefan, a Romanian vampire who allies with the Cullens against the Volturi.As a reminder, the latest Twilight Saga rumor about Breaking Dawn is only wishful thinking until we hear from Summit Entertainment.

Maggie Grace joins the cast of Breaking Dawn
Maggie Grace will be playing Denali coven vampire Irina, who by all accounts is not a likeable character.
We have seen Maggie Grace as Shannon on Lost, and she was not necessarily the most likeable character, so Maggie has it in her to play this part!
According to Pop Watch, Maggie’s character is the one to turn Edward and Bella in for having an immortal child, which is not allowed in the vampire world.
The two newest cast members to the Twilight saga’s Breaking Dawn appear to be excellent picks for the parts they have been selected to play. MacKenzie Foy has been cast to play the immortal child of Edward and Bella. This 9 year old angelic looking child should be perfect for this role.
Connecticut fans will once again round the blocks of the cinema’s throughout the Nutmeg State when Breaking Dawn is released, just as they have for the other Twilight movies!
You may recognize Maggie from the movie Taken where she has dark hair.

Makenzie Foy to play Renesmee Cullen in Breaking Dawn
For those of you who know the progression of Edward and Bella’s relationship, you know that they get married and eventually conceive a child. That child in Renesmee, their daughter, who happens to be a super baby thanks to her vampire blood. Bella doesn’t have a full 9 month pregnancy because of the baby’s accelerated growth. When she’s born she’s not your average infant. She’s physically stronger and her mental capacity is far more developed.
The creepiest part about her arrival on the scene is Jacob imprinting on her. We don’t care how sweet people try to make it, that’s just disgusting! From our knowledge, Renesmee is still a child at the end of Breaking Dawn but there have been rumors that they might age her to a 17 year old so she can be with Jacob. Once again, gross! The actress Foy, is currently 9 years old so it definitely looks like they’re making some changes to the character.

Twilight Books Banned
One of the most popular fictional series of the past five years, "Twilight" has the keen distinction of also being one of the American Library Association's Ten Most Frequently Challenged Books of 2009. Writing about the supernatural is a surefire way to find your books banned. Fantasy, vampires magic, the supernatural and even science-fiction books are grouped in with Satanism, the occult and witchcraft by those who attempt to have the books removed from library shelves.
Vampires are easy targets for book banning, as the banning of the "Vampire Academy" in Texas proves. Even with its vast popularity and cross-marketing machine (from books to movies, game boards and school supplies), the "Twilight" series by Stephenie Meyer has been challenged and either banned or returned to school library bookshelves.
For similar reasons, Mary Shelley's "Frankenstein," J.R.R. Tolkien's "The Lord of the Rings" and the Harry Potter series have all been banned or challenged at one time.
The "Twilight" series begins with a simple romantic premise as familiar as the tale of "Romeo and Juliet:" Two young teens with different backgrounds, who should not be together, fall in love. Make one the new girl in school and the other a vampire, add exploratory thoughts about death and sexual desire, tons of adjectives and adverbs and you have the new teen sensation.
The Twilight series has been challenged for being "unsuited to age group," "sexually explicit" and because of its "religious viewpoint," according to the ALA.
Specific challenges and bans include:
* In September 2008, the "Twilight" books were temporarily removed from and later returned to middle-school libraries in the Capistrano Unified School District in California. It was the district's instructional materials specialist who initially "ordered" the books removed. (More information.)
* In May 2009, the series was challenged at Brockbank Junior High in Magna, Utah. A parent complained about the "over sexual content" in the novel "Breaking Dawn," which is part of the series. (More information.)
* In September 2009, "Twilight" was banned from library at Santa Sabina College Strathfield in Australia for being "too racy," according to Library and Information Science News. The "Twilight" series was removed from "schools because they believe the content is too sexual and goes against religious beliefs," according to Newsletter on Intellectual Freedom in November 2009 (More information.)
The "Twilight" series has achieved popular, financial and critical success. The first book in the series hit The New York Times Best Seller list within a month of being released.
The first book in the series -- also called "Twilight" -- has sold 17 million copies worldwide and earned a number of awards, including The New York Times Editor's choice. It is also included on these lists:
* Best Children's Books of 2005 and "Best Book of the Year" by Publisher's Weekly
* Best Books of 2005 by School Library Journal
* The Top Books of 2008 from USA Today
The rest of the books in the series continue to receive accolades and set sales records:
* "New Moon" (2006) received the Young Reader's Choice Award in 2009.
* "Eclipse" (2007) sold more than 4.5 millions copies and was in a top-five selling book of 2008.

Florence And The Machine to re-issue debut album with 'The Twilight Saga: Eclipse' single
Florence And The Machine have announced plans to re-release their 2009 debut album 'Lungs' with The Twilight Saga: Eclipse' track 'Heavy In Your Arms'.
The band will release the record - dubbed 'Between Two Lungs' - on November 15 with new sleeve art, sleeve notes by singer Florence Welch and a ten track second disc packed with exclusive live songs and remixes, including her Dizzee Rascal collaboration 'You Got The Dirtee Love'
"Heavy In Your Arms', which is produced by Paul Epworth and will appear on disc two, will also be released as a single on the same day.
"'Heavy In Your Arms' I suppose is about the weight of love, and how sometimes it can be a burden between two people," Welch wrote on her official site florenceandthemachine.net. "I felt this was a strong theme in the Twilight series. Is someone being rescued or are they being condemned? And is the love you carry bringing you down?"

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart - To Date or Not to Date
The pair has always been linked with each other ever since their debut appearance in the Twilight series in 2008. The pair also feature as a couple in the popular movies.
They have always kept their relationship private from the media to avoid any intrusions and this has even led to more wild stories about them. The pair vacationed in Britain’s Isle of Wight around January 1 but to their dismay, the vacation which was meant to be hidden from the media has landed in more media limelight after a kid at the tourist location snapped a picture of them together and gave it to the tabloids.
The actress was very stunned when she got to know this information as she didn’t expect a private photo taken by a little boy to end up in the media’s grasp. She was also stunned that the kid was able to identify them.
We all wait to see when the pair is caught red-handed by another person.

New Moon to be on Showtime
Thanks to HitFix, it is now known that New Moon will be hitting Showtime for its cable debut on January 8th, 2011!
Back when it was announced that FX had obtained the rights to show the Saga on network television, it was noted that FX would begin showing the films in 2011. So, as New Moon approaches pay cable release, Twilight nears time to hit the networks!
The date for New Moon's cable debut makes sense since both Twilight and New Moon hit theaters in November and were released to DVD in March of the following year. The scheduling for the Showtime launch, then, falls in line with the parallel dates of significance that the two films have had so far.

Twilight Mom's Donate books to Children's Hospital
A group of Central Georgia moms joined the Hero Army and donated books to children in need Thursday.
The Twilight Moms of Middle Georgia collected hundreds of books, packs of crayons and coloring books for The Children's Hospital in Macon.
The group gets together to celebrate the Twilight books and movies. Member Cindy Adrien says about 30 women collected the items during a September 13 dinner for character Bella's birthday.
Hospital staff say the donation helps keep bookshelves full and replenish a coloring book collection damaged by a water leak during renovations.
Adrien says the donation gives the moms a way to put their passion for the series to good use.
"I hope it gives them something to take their minds off maybe what they're having to go through at the time," Adrien said, "and I hope it kind of also brings awareness that anybody can do this."
Thurday's donation totaled more than 1,000 new and used items for patients.

James Franco thinks the Breaking Dawn Sex Scene is a "let down"
"I read a part of it," Franco told MTV News recently. "I think I got to the sex scene but it was so brief, I didn't even know it was actually the sex scene. It was kind of really a letdown after all that build-up."
He says that he has read most of the books and seen the three films that were released - Twilight, New Moon and Eclipse, which star Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson.
"I wouldn't say I enjoy them but I'm fascinated with them," he said. "I really am interested in the metaphor of the vampire placed in the high school setting and ... general feelings that people have as teenagers. And the obsession people have with that is also kind of fascinating to me."
Referencing a scene from Eclipse in which Cullen and the werewolf Jacob Black, played by Taylor Lautner, argue over Swan, Franco said: "It's almost like a Brokeback Mountain scene where the two guys are talking in a tent and the girl's asleep and they're having the romantic moment almost through her in a way and one of them says, 'Well I'm hotter than you. It's almost like they're winking at all the fans, to the Team Jacobs and the Team Edwards," he said.
Brokeback Mountain, released in 2005, starred Jake Gyllenhaal and the late heath Ledger as gay coyboy lovers.
Twilight screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg told OnTheRedCarpet.com in July that the film adaptation of Breaking Dawn may contain sex scenes.
"I don’t think we’re planning to shy away from anything," Rosenberg said. "I think the birth should be as horrifying as it is in the novel. The sex scenes should be as scintillating as they are in the novel, as erotic as they are in the novel. All of it, I think we should see all of it."
Breaking Dawn's first part is set to be released on November 18, 2011 and the second part is due to hit theaters on Nov. 16, 2012.
Franco shot to fame with his role in the Spider-Man movies and can next be seen in the film 127 hours as Aron Ralston, a mountain climber who amputates his own arm after becoming trapped under a boulder during a hike.
The actor has branched outside the sliver screen in recent years, enrolling in Columbia University, New York University, and teaching at Yale, but what gave the actor’s agents the greatest cause for objection was taking his role on General Hospital, where he portrays a serial killer by the name of Franco.
He made headlines earlier this month when he addressed reports about his sexuality in a new interview with The Advocate, which is marketed to a gay audience.
"Everyone thinks I'm a stoner, and some people think I'm gay because I've played these gay roles," the actor told the magazine. "That's what people think, but it's not true. I don't smoke pot. I'm not gay."

Breaking Dawn to be filmed in South America?
Hollywood Life spoke with their co-star Nikki Reed who plays Rosale Hale in the franchise. She stated, "They are fiming a few days in South America, but I'm not there. It's Bella and Edward's honeymoon." Sounds romantic.
There's been a lot of negotiating over at Summit Entertainment as to whether or not "Breaking Dawn" should be filmed in 3D. What do you guys think? Should it be filmed in 3D? Let us know!

Nikki Reed "Flies Under the Radar"
Nikki Reed hit up a special screening of her flick Last Day of Summer last night at the Harmony Gold Theatre in Hollywood.
Kristen Stewart's sometimes BFF looked deelish in a black strapless number (how very Angelina Jolie) and hit the carpet with costar DJ Qualls before taking mucho pics with all her awaiting fans who came out to the screening.
So which Twilight costar ended up sneaking into the theater?
Nope, not Kristen like some presumptuous Facebook and Twitter posts reported. It was Tinsel Korey, who plays Emily in New Moon and Eclipse.
Does the lack of K.Stew make you all happy or sad?
A rep for the film tells us Stewart couldn't make it because she's "out of town filming On the Road."
Meanwhile, a guy ready to kick back (now that the American Idol announcement is over) is Steven Tyler, who just boarded a flight to Boston from LAX.
The Aerosmith singer, in "really" tight jeans, a tight tee-shirt and "gross hair" is "chilling in the back row of first class with an old guy, manager maybe," texts a babe on the same flight.
Tyler's posted up in a window seat, natch, probably so he can get his alone time. Steven's from New Hampshire and lives outside Boston, so let's hope he is headed home to relax!
Our spy on the plane says boarding was delayed until, coincidentally, Steven showed up and boarded first.

Robert Pattinson's Cooking Skills
He said: “In London recently, my hotel had really good room service and I just ate the same thing every day – chicken tikka! I crave a home-cooked meal sometimes, but I only know how to make a piece of toast.”
The British star also admitted spending so much time staying in hotels has made him lazy.
He explained: “Hotels have made me more lazy, you can throw the towel on the floor and someone picks it up, and there’s a mini bar.”
The actor – who first found fame playing Cedric Diggory in ‘Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire’ – also spoke about how much he enjoyed fame before the ‘Twilight Saga’ made him a global superstar.
He added: “There was a really good period just before the first Twilight film came out and I went to an LA club and said, ‘Rob Pattinson – I think I’m on someone’s guest list,’ and he said, ‘Oh, it’s fine.’
“It’s strange, you’ve been refused entry to everywhere for years and all of a sudden all the doors are open to you. Then, four months later, you don’t even want to go to clubs!”

Robert Pattinson - A Workaholic
He revealed: “I just want to work as much as I am now. I like working all the time because I spent so many years before ‘Twilight’ just doing stuff for two or three months of the year. The rest of the time I’d do nothing, or I’d just have tiny little jobs.” While the 24-year-old hunk loves working, he hopes the “craziness” of his newfound fame will die down in the future. He explained: “I find periods to escape from it and places to get away to as much as possible. I try and tell myself that it’s just a job and that all this craziness won’t last forever.”

Kellan Lutz and his obsessed fans...
She’s pretty protective!” And Kellan – who has been linked to his ‘Twilight’ co-star Ashley Greene and ‘90210’ actress AnnaLynne McCord – insists it isn’t only female fans who want to get close to him. He recently had a close encounter with a male admirer at a spa. He said: “I was naked and this guy walked by and said, ‘You’re Kellan Lutz! I’m a big fan.’ I was sitting there butt-naked under the water and he just continued to talk for 10 minutes.”
Kellan also had an unusual meeting with a ‘Twilight’ obsessive and a pair of handcuffs. He explained: “Recently a fan brought handcuffs to a convention that I was at. I didn’t really pay attention to what she said, but she actually said, ‘Do you mind if I handcuff myself to you?’ I was like, ‘Yeah, do it!’ Then I heard this clunk-click noise of metal – and she almost got to me. Luckily, security stepped in.”

Full Deets on the Eclipse DVD
We've got the full DVD details have been released by Summit Entertainment for the highly anticipated release of 'Twilight: Eclipse' on December 4th, 2010 and this time, the special features and extras will be sure to blow fans away!"Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart will be providing behind-the-scenes commentary on the new DVD/Blu-Ray release of 'Twilight Saga Eclipse,' according to Summit Entertainment. WOO HOO!!!!
The Two-Disc Special Edition will include eight deleted and/or extended scenes with a 90-minute six-part documentary on making the movie. Audio commentary with Rob, Kristen, Stephenie Meyer and Twilight Producer Wyck Godfrey will also be included in the features.
The Special Edition Blu-Ray/DVD Combo will include all of the above plus photo galleries of the entire Wolfpack, Victoria's Army, action sequences, Jacob, and our favorite family, The Cullens with a special gallery of Edward. Music videos from Metric and Muse will also be a part of the extra special features!
As if that isn't enough, Summit is also releasing two companion DVDs on the same day as the movie discs! Volume One will include music videos and performances from the Twilight Saga soundtrack, including 'Twilight,' 'New Moon' and 'Eclipse.' The videos include never-been-seen live performances all on one release.
The second companion disc, titled “Destination Forks: The Real World of Twilight” will include three sections: “Twilight Tour[a cruise through the actual streets of Forks, Washington, stopping at the real sites, homes, and businesses as seen in the Saga],” “Moods of Twilight[a virtual walk through the mystical woods, mountains, rivers, and other gorgeous locations of Forks and La Push],” and “Twihards[travels around the globe to showcase the fans who make up the global Twilight community].” This is a treat to us Twi-fans who fell in love with last year's companion DVD entitled "Twilight In Forks".
To get all of the features, Twi fans will have to at least buy the Two-Disc National DVD or the Blu-ray/DVD Combo, but with all the extras this time around, I'm sure Twi-fans such as myself refuse to settle for any less but the best!

An insider said "He was very professional while she was filming – he obviously knows the process. Everyone on the crew loved him….He was chatty, mostly talking about sports, London and getting ready for the next Twilight film. The pair will not have much time to rest as the filming of "Breaking Dawn" part one and two will start this fall.

Hilary Swank takes a bite outta Jackson Rathbone
As "Twilight Saga" vampire Jasper Hale, Jackson Rathbone is used to chomping on creatures' carotids, but being on the receiving end of a little neck nibbling is something new for the star. Especially when it involves a two-time Oscar winner.
When MTV News' Josh Horowitz caught up with Jackson at the Toronto International Film Festival, where the actor was promoting his upcoming drama "Girlfriend," talk inevitably turned to the status of "Breaking Dawn" (more on that in the coming days). Then suddenly, as if on cue, actress Hilary Swank, who was waiting in the wings for her own interview, swooped into the frame, baring her canines as she lunged for Jasper's neck! Okay, so it was just a playful bite, but it still caught the usually poised actor completely off guard!
"Oh my god! This is like a dream come true," Jackson said as Hilary made her move. "I can die happy now." Perhaps the most surprising aspect of the event wasn't even the bite itself but the fact that the nibble marked Hilary and Jackson's first time meeting! Way to make an introduction, Ms. Swank. This also raises the question: Who's going to start the Twitter hash-tag #HilaryForBreakingDawn?

Cam Gigandet drops the 'bad guy' persona
The Twilight series brings us “James” the new face in bad. Cam Gigandet, is the guy who transforms into “James” in the Twilight movies. They say the “eyes are the window to the soul,” but James’ eyes are vacant and offer no glimpse of a soul inside.The character “James” is our first introduction to Cam Gigandet‘s talent at portraying evil. We know him best for his surfer character, Kevin Volchok, in FOX TV series The O.C., or at least we did until now. His over the top vampire talents made his evil character feared, hated, and mesmerizing to watch giving us a portrait of talent we are unlikely to forget.
You would think with the looks he flashed in the Twilight movies that he would be a character actor for the bad, the underworld ugly, and a representative for life’s totally repulsive entities. He did such a good job at all of these.
Cam Gigandet is only playing the role of “James”, and this is something we have to remember because once he is off the set and into regular street clothes, the guy cleans up nicely! Check out the trailer for the guy’s newest movie, The Roommate. It is at the bottom of this article.

Connecticut is no different from the other states when another film for the Twilight series is released. The lines are there waiting for tickets hours before the film opens for the first time. The Connecticut Post 14 Cinema De Lux in Milford Connecticut has the same lines as any of the Cinema’s in Hollywood or New York.
The anticipation for the last Twilight installment was felt by the age group you would expect, the teens and young adults. The same phenomenon of middle aged women, the mothers of the teens, were also seen in the Milford lines awaiting the first show! This has been the case nation wide where the love story of Edward and Bella breaks the age barrier and women of all ages are enjoying this over the top love affair!

Breaking Dawn casting for Renesmee
According to the LA Acting Auditions Examiner as well as actor Ryan Robbins, Summit is currently looking for an actress to play young Renesmee. From the former:
The casting directors for “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part I” are now casting the role of “Young Renesmee”. They are looking for a young girl who has some acting experience and is confident on a film set environment. This girl should have self-composure, good physical posture, and be very attentive, able to take direction well, and be quick to react. They also would prefer a girl with dance training.
The casting directors are not having open casting calls for this role due to the extremely high profile nature of the project.
Actor Ryan Robbins had this to say about his daughter auditioning for the role:
My daughter just had her first ever film audition… For the role of Renesmee in Twilight… No big deal, right?

Ashley Greene - "Caught in the Act"
• Before heading to Washington, D.C., Kellan Lutz joined pal Frankie Delgado for a guys' night out at The Colony in West Hollywood. The boys were having a great night, drinking Belvedere vodka and getting plenty of attention from female clubgoers. But Lutz's girlfriend, AnnaLynne McCord, needn't worry: the Twilight star declined to take photos and ignored all the flirty female fans.

Robert visits Kristen on set of On the Road again
The actress is on location shooting her new movie On The Road and reports indicate many of the movie’s cast and crew members were happy to hang out with Pattinson, 24.
A report in Hollywood Life stated that the actor didn’t impede in the movie’s shooting in any way as his professionalism was very evident while the actress shot her scenes. The actor was very friendly on the movie’s set location and he was always seen talking about sports with other people.
The actor is believed to be thinking about traveling to London to hang out with friends and family before the upcoming Twilight Movie, starts shooting in two months.
